Version 2026-10-24 · founding-partner programme
This page explains what happens with the information you submit through the founding-partner application form. n/rgy is a provisional brand name for a platform concept that is currently being explored; the company has not been incorporated yet. The prospective founders act as the responsible party for this programme.
What we collect
Only what you enter in the form: your name, business email, company name, industry, number of locations, optionally your approximate annual electricity consumption, the energy components you have, your biggest energy-related challenge and how you would like to get involved. We also record the time of submission, the page you submitted from and, if present, campaign parameters in the link you used. We do not store your IP address with your application.
Why we collect it
To review your application and, if it looks like a fit, to contact you for a discovery conversation about the founding-partner programme. We also generate a short rule-based summary of your answers to help us prepare. We do not use your details for newsletters or advertising, and we do not sell or share them with third parties. If we later use an AI service to help summarise applications, we will update this notice first.
Legal basis and retention
We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time by replying to any of our emails; we will then delete your application. Applications that do not lead to a conversation are deleted within twelve months.
Where it is stored
Applications are stored on infrastructure in the European Union controlled by the prospective founders. Any operational data you may share later (contracts, invoices, meter data) is covered by a separate written agreement and is never requested through this form.
Your rights
You can ask us which data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use. Contact details for these requests are provided in every email we send you. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Before public launch, the founders should add the identity and contact details of the responsible party to this notice. No legal entity details have been invented on this page.
